The fragile peace of the martial world lies shattered. Mugi Hwa, an unstoppable force with unmatched swordsmanship, has carved a path of destruction across the Murim skies, bringing even the mightiest lords to their knees. Among the fallen is Cheonma, the powerful father of Mugeuk Geom. Facing absolute defeat and the complete annihilation of his legacy, Mugeuk refuses to accept his grim fate. Instead, he risks everything on a forbidden time-bending ritual, throwing his consciousness back into his own past. Now, armed with the memories of a ruined future, he must race against the ticking clock to alter the timeline before his ultimate rival rises once again.

This second chance is not merely a quest for raw physical power. Mugeuk quickly realizes that to survive the impending bloodtide, he must mend fractured relationships, forge new alliances, and unite the fiercely competitive factions of the martial world. Every decision he makes ripples across the timeline, changing the destiny of those around him. To successfully rewrite history, he must master his blade, outmaneuver cunning enemies, and prepare his allies for the inevitable day when the comet-like force of Mugi Hwa returns to claim the skies.
