Deep within the quiet countryside of rural Japan stands an ominous manor belonging to the world's greatest, albeit most eccentric, surgeon. When this brilliant doctor mysteriously vanishes, his reanimated creation, Franken Fran, steps up to take over the family practice. Combining grotesque body horror with dark comedy, Fran operates under a deeply distorted interpretation of the Hippocratic Oath. Armed with terrifying surgical skills, bizarre biological modifications, and an unwavering belief that every single life must be saved, she treats patients who seek her out, completely unbothered by the horrific and unnatural consequences of her radical procedures.

Life inside the isolated manor is never dull, thanks to Fran and her monstrous entourage, which includes her twisted sister Veronica. Together, they push the absolute boundaries of science, ethics, and sanity, proving that for this peculiar medical team, the ends always justify the means. Blending genres of comedy, horror, psychological tension, and sci-fi, the series delivers a uniquely macabre experience that constantly blurs the line between miraculous healing and absolute nightmare.
