The lives of high school students rarely involve international espionage, but for Taiyou Asano, isolation has been his defining trait following a tragic accident that claimed his family. The only person he can comfortably converse with is his childhood friend, Mutsumi Yozakura. However, Mutsumi harbors a massive secret: she belongs to the legendary Yozakura family, an elite lineage of master spies with extraordinary combat skills and dangerous enemies. Their peaceful dynamic shatters overnight when Mutsumi’s terrifyingly overprotective older brother, Kyouichirou, targets Taiyou for elimination out of a twisted sense of sibling obsession.

To survive Kyouichirou's lethal attempts on his life and protect Mutsumi from external syndicate threats, Taiyou must undergo rigorous, high-stakes training to become a spy himself. Mission Yozakura Family blends high-octane battle action with slapstick comedy and a heartwarming romance, charting Taiyou's transformation from an introverted survivor into a capable operative. Alongside an eccentric cast of eccentric siblings possessing superhuman abilities, Taiyou plunges headfirst into tactical missions, secret agent warfare, and chaotic domestic life.
